Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ByteBrik you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ByteBrik is an AI-powered software estimation tool. You describe a software idea and we return a cost and risk estimate generated by a large language model (Anthropic Claude). Estimates are produced automatically and are not reviewed by a human before delivery.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. One account per person — creating duplicate accounts to circumvent credit limits is not allowed.

The service runs on a credit system. Each AI estimation consumes one credit. Credits can be purchased or obtained via coupon codes.

No refunds. Credits are consumed when an estimation pipeline completes, regardless of whether the result meets your expectations. Clarifying questions asked before estimation begins do not consume credits.

ByteBrik estimates are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified software engineer, project manager, or financial professional. We make no warranty that any estimate is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Do not make major business or investment decisions based solely on our estimates.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the underlying AI prompts
• Use automated tools to submit large volumes of requests
• Create accounts to bypass suspensions or credit limits
• Resell or redistribute estimates without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain full ownership of the software ideas you submit. We do not claim any rights over your ideas. We will never use your submitted ideas to build products, businesses, or train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

The ByteBrik service, including its interface, prompts, and pipeline logic, is owned by AardSoft. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AardSoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business losses resulting from reliance on an estimate.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
